Refund policy

We are sure you are going to love your Keepwoods, but in the unlikely event that they aren't the perfect fit, we offer Returns & Exchanges with no questions asked. Please contact us by email (info@keepwoodeyewear.com) regarding your intent to return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your eyewear, and we will provide you the necessary steps to move forward. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges can be made for any other item in stock and of equal price. 

Items returned must be received in new condition and in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. No restocking fees will be charged.
